All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipments within the domestic region are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
International orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and can take up to 15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for paying any customs, duties, or taxes applicable to the order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
If a shipment is rejected due to failure to pay customs, duties, or taxes, we will charge a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees for the return of the item(s) to our warehouse.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
