Customs, Duties & Taxes
• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.
• Nature’s Blends®️ is not liable for delays caused by customs or local regulations.
Rejected or Refused International Shipments
If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees:
• A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• All related shipping costs (original + return courier fees) will be deducted from your refund.

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on products purchased directly from our website.
All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Support team.
Eligibility
To qualify under this guarantee:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Items must be in original condition and suitable for resale.
• Returns sent without approval or without a return reference may be rejected.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns under this guarantee.

3. RETURNS POLICY (UK LAW COMPLIANT)

Health & Hygiene Exemptions
By law (Regulation 28), the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:

4. FREE GIFT POLICY
If you received a free gift as part of a qualifying offer:
• The free gift must be returned with the order.
• If you keep the free item, its full retail value (as listed on our website) will be deducted from your refund.

A gift is only “free” if the qualifying purchase is kept.

6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact Customer Support at info@naturesblends.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
2. Pack items securely using original packaging where possible.
3. Include your return slip and clearly write your RMA number on the parcel.

• Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Items show signs of use
The deduction amount depends on the extent of damage or use.

9. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If the courier marks a parcel as delivered, Nature’s Blends®️ cannot issue a refund or replacement for stolen or missing packages.
