To redeem your loyalty points, you can do so by following the steps below:

1. Firstly, click on the blue button at the bottom left corner of your screen.

2. You will be prompted to sign in, please do so by clicking on Login here

3. Enter you email address and password then click continue

4. Once you have logged in, click on "Claim" next to "Convert your points into discount as shown on the image

4. Specify many points you would like to redeem by sliding the points adjuster.

5. Once you are satisfied with the number of points you would like to convert, click create discount.

6. Simply copy your discount code and apply the code at checkout. This should adjust the total price of your cart.

To find out how many loyalty points are on your account, you can do so by following the steps below:

1. Firstly, click on the blue button at the bottom left corner of your screen.

2. You will be prompted to sign in, please do so by clicking on Login here

3. Enter you email address and password then click continue

4. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see the number of points you have as well as its equivalence in monetary value.

1000 points is worth £1. A £10 order will earn you 300 points.

Points are earned on every purchase. They are equivalent to 3% of your total order. E.g. If your order is worth £100, you will earn 3000 which is equivalent to £3 in monetary value.

Points are held on your account for 3 months, after which they expire and cannot be redeemed on purchases
