Got cravings? Satisfy them by fixing yourself a bowl of ingredients rich in a blend of healthful nutrients - drizzle a special homemade black seed oil seasoning on it for a punch of flavour.
A health bowl is a wonderful way to consume proteins, carbs, and fats in one convenient go. Whether you have cravings or you’re feeling a bit blue, making yourself a health bowl is a sure shot way to give some love to your body and revitalise it.
The best thing about black seed oil health bowls is that they are really versatile. This recipe can also be altered depending on your taste and the availability of ingredients in your pantry. All you have to do is make sure you add plenty of leafy greens, a healthy serving of lentils (chickpeas, red beans, etc), and top it all up with black seed oil.
Black seed oil is a plant-based oil obtained by cold-pressing little rectangular seeds of the Nigella Sativa plant. Black seeds may be small, but they are packed with nutrients that nourish the body and improve our health.
Because black seeds are very aromatic and loaded with flavour, they are sprinkled atop salads and healthy meals. Our health bowl also uses a seasoning prepared from cold-pressed black seed oil and apple cider vinegar.
