WHERE DOES SHILAJIT COME FROM?
Nature's Blends sources Shilajit directly from Pakistan, particularly from the Chitral areas, as they have pure Shilajit resin available. The natives hand-collect the resin from the highest altitude rocks (over 3000 meters) of the Himalayas during summertime.
HOW DOES SHILAJIT TASTE?

Always consult your health practitioner before Shilajit consumption. Take 0.5ml (pea size) of Shilajit once a day, mix into warm water or milk, stir until the Shilajit dissolves.
