Shilajit (a.k.a. mineral pitch) occurs in nature as a black, sticky tar-like material, which is created when plant matter breaks down over hundreds of years. It can typically be found amongst rocks in the mountains of the Himalayas and is often used in Ayurvedic medicine, a holistic medical practice dating back millennia.
RICH IN NUTRIENTS & MINERALS
Shilajit is loaded with a variety of bioactive ingredients that positively impact our health.
This unique cocktail of active compounds, beneficial minerals, and trace nutrients gives Shilajit its rejuvenating properties.
DOES SHILAJIT CONTAIN ANY HEAVY METALS
Raw Shilajit goes through a vigorous process to ensure its purity. We purify it with fresh spring water from the Himalayan mountains and leave it to sundry. We then treat the sun-dried shilajit with additional filter processes that are natural, effective and minimal. This removes the remaining impurities and microbes and ensures we have a fine, smooth finished product. From start to finish, our aim is to ensure we provide the purest form of raw Shilajit for you to consume.
PURITY IS KEY
As with all types of natural supplements, it's important to source it from a reputable company that uses ethical and sustainable methods of production. Only by treating the raw, naturally occurring substance with gentle hands is the innate natural, health-promoting goodness preserved fully. Other harsh processing techniques lose much of the power nature provides, resulting in a less potent and diluted product.
The Ultimate Guide to Raw Shilajit Caps: What They Are and Their Benefits
A dietary supplement known as raw shilajit caps is created from the resinous substance known as shilajit, obtained from the high Himalayan mountain ranges. Shilajit has been utilised in traditional Ayurvedic treatment for millennia. It is a complex blend of minerals, trace elements, and chemical compounds.
The following are some potential advantages of ingesting raw shilajit caps:
•WHERE DOES SHILAJIT COME FROM?
Nature’s Blends sources Shilajit directly from Pakistan, particularly from the Chitral areas, as they have the purest Shilajit resin available. The natives hand-collect the resin from the highest altitude rocks (over 3000 meters) of the Himalayas during summertime.
•HOW DOES SHILAJIT TASTE?
Shilajit has a characteristic bitterness in its taste which is complemented with the earthy, salty, and herbal hints making it unpleasant to eat. To compensate for its sourness, you must consume it with milk or water. You can mix it with something sweet for easier intake.
•DOES SHILAJIT HAVE A SMELL?
Yes, it does, especially if Shilajit is 100% raw and organic!
Pure Shilajit carries a distinctively intense and naturally pungent smell mixed with the accents of the smoky, woody aroma and almost tar-like odours. It feels slightly earthy and herbal in character, too. Shilajit might give asphaltum odour, sometimes.
*The reason behind its strongly pungent is its formation procedure.
•WHEN SHOULD I CONSUME SHILAJIT
The best time to consume Shilajit is early in the morning on an empty stomach. It will be absorbed in maximum quantity and perform at its peak, giving you an energy boost to carry out daily tasks throughout the day.
You can also consume it in the evening (in certain circumstances) but not recommended because it can produce immense energy disturbing your restful sleep. To avoid sleeping difficulties, never take it at bedtime.
*Always consult your health practitioner before Shilajit consumption.
Take 0.5ml (pea size) of Shilajit once a day, mix into warm water or milk, stir until the Shilajit dissolves. Raw Honey may be added to taste. Do not exceed the daily dose.
•MY SHILAJIT LOOKS LIKE A LIQUID
Fresh shilajit has a soft liquid like texture. Shilajit is is a natural substance and can change its texture in different environments.
•WHY HAS MY SHILAJIT GONE HARD?
The main reason for Shilajit to go hard is when shilajit comes into contact with air. To bring it back to its original state add few drops of hot water.
•WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF SHILAJIT
As the researchers have proved, Shilajit is completely safe for consumption however as long as you take it in its purified form, free of health-damaging metal ions and contaminations. If you consume more than the recommended dose, you may have the following side effects:

WHAT % OF FULVIC ACID DOES SHILAJIT CONTAIN?
Nature’s Blends Shilajit raw shilajit contains 12%-14% fulvic acid. The content varies depending on where the test is conducted, what criteria have been set to calculate the content, and what technology or technique has been used.
We perform the “gravimetric method” to evaluate the percentage of Fulvic acid in Shilajit. It is a chemical analysis where a gravimeter is used. The process starts with preparing a solution comprising a known weight of the Shilajit, followed by the separation and isolated measurement of the fulvic acid. In the end, the separately computed weight of Fulvic acid is deducted from the total weight/amount of the Shilajit.
