Nature's Blends Fire Glass Cupping Cups (Size 4 - 4.0cm) is a single fire cupping cup made from premium-grade borosilicate glass, sized at 4.0cm diameter (Size 4). Borosilicate glass is heat-resistant, non-porous and smooth-rimmed — the material of choice for traditional fire cupping (hijama) therapy. The rounded, smooth rim creates a clean seal against the skin for effective and comfortable suction. Designed for stationary fire cupping; suitable for professional and home use.
Dip a fire cupping stick or forceps-held cotton in 70% isopropyl or surgical spirit alcohol. Remove excess alcohol. Ignite and briefly rotate inside the cup to heat the air. Quickly invert and press firmly onto the skin. The cooling air creates suction. Leave in place for 5–15 minutes. Slide or lift to remove. Always follow fire cupping safety guidelines.
Clean with warm soapy water after each use. Inspect the rim carefully before each session — do not use if chipped or cracked. Sterilise with appropriate medical-grade disinfectant solution. Store carefully to avoid impact damage.
