Nature's Blends Fire Cupping Stick (1) is a dedicated fire cupping ignition stick with an absorbent cotton tip mounted on an extended handle. The extended handle is the critical safety feature — it keeps the practitioner's hand at a safe distance from the flame during the cup-heating process. The absorbent cotton tip holds sufficient isopropyl alcohol to heat multiple cups consecutively per dip, making it efficient for multi-cup fire cupping sessions. Designed as a purpose-made alternative to improvised cotton balls or forceps for practitioners preferring a wand-style ignition tool.
Dip the cotton tip of the stick into 70% isopropyl alcohol or BP-grade surgical spirit. Remove excess by gently tapping the stick against the rim of the container — excess alcohol dripping can cause uncontrolled ignition. Ignite the tip using a lighter or match. Quickly rotate the burning tip inside the glass cup to heat the air. Immediately invert the cup and press firmly onto the skin to create suction. After use, extinguish the tip fully before storing.
